Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking guidelines: 1. Booking & Confirmation All bookings must be made through the website at least 12 hours in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling can be done up to 12 hours in advance. After this period, a rescheduling fee may apply. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. 4. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all forms of payment. A deposit may be required for certain services, which will be applied to your final payment. 5. No Shows If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a "no-show" fee will be charged. Repeat no-shows may result in a change of service terms. 6. Privacy & Confidentiality All information shared during consultations will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the best service.
